Menzaal Real Estate is an Emirati real estate company founded by 11 young Emirati men and women who shared a common passion for enhancing and developing the local real estate market.

The company’s founding story began during their participation in the “National Broker” course organized by the Dubai Land Department in collaboration with the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute.

During this course, the participants built strong bonds and exchanged ideas and ambitions on how to provide exceptional real estate services that serve the Emirati community.

After completing the course, they continued their communication through a WhatsApp group, where the idea of establishing a real estate company emerged—a company that would be a front for Emirati brokers and reflect the values they believe in.

With support and encouragement from the Dubai Land Department, “Menzaal Real Estate” was established, embodying integrity, transparency, and quality, aiming to enhance the position of Emirati brokers in the local market.
